CloudCoded - ZoneManager

Q: Can i use my existing Ruckus Wireless AP's on CloudCoded?

A: Absolutely you can! CloudCoded is compatible with all Ruckus AP's. Once connected to CloudCoded they willl upgrade automatically to Ruckus's Smart Cell Software.

Q: Can i use a none Ruckus Wireless AP on CloudCoded?

A: Unfortunately only Ruckus Wireless AP's are supported on CloudCoded.

 Q: How do i provision a new access point into my ZoneManager?

A: Make sure that you AP has internet connectivity and register the AP's serial number on our registration page.  It should then show up in your ZoneManager after 5-10 mins.

 Q: How do i change my ZoneManager password?

A: Once you log into your ZoneManager you can change your password at anytime, at the top right hand corner.

Q: How do i upgrade the software on my access points?

A: When new software is avaialble you will be able to select which software you wish to use  for your access points within your ZoneManager.

Q: How do you setup GuestManager within CloudCoded?

A: There is a technical article in the knowledge base which details how to set up GuestManager.

Q: Which other guest managent solutions are compitable with the CloudCoded platform?

A: Ruckus SAMS and Cloud4Wi are currently supported on CloudCoded.
